Digihub ("we," "our," or "us") provides the Zoomly application. We are committed to your privacy. This policy describes how Zoomly handles device permissions and local data processing.
Zoomly collects zero data off your device. All rendering, color filtering, and video processing happen exclusively on your device's hardware. No information is ever sent to external servers or retained by Digihub.
Zoomly requires access to your device's camera to display the live magnified feed and apply accessibility filters in real-time. This live video stream is processed only in your device's volatile memory (RAM) and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted. The camera feed exists only while the app is actively open.
If you deny camera permission, Zoomly cannot function. No data is collected, transmitted, or stored when permission is denied.
When you capture a magnified view, Zoomly saves the resulting image directly to your device's photo gallery in an isolated "Zoomly" album. Digihub has no access to, control over, or copies of these images. You own and control these files completely — you can view, delete, or share them anytime using your device's built-in gallery app. We do not backup, sync, or retain any copies.
Zoomly does not use analytics, advertising networks, tracking cookies, or third-party SDKs. Your usage is completely anonymous.
Zoomly does not sell, share, or rent personal information. We have not sold or shared any consumer data in the past 12 months, because we collect no data.
Zoomly operates under data minimization principles. Any images you save to your device are your own data, not ours. You have the right to access, delete, or export these files anytime via your device's gallery. If you have concerns about how your local data is handled, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Zoomly is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. No data leaves your device, regardless of who uses it.
We may update this policy occasionally. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Your continued use means you accept the new policy.
This policy is governed by the laws of Tunisia.
